Biggest help is accountability with my sparkcoach. Next comes food tracking and eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus a snack. Next I drink 8 glasses of water. 4 glasses immediately upon waking. Also very very important I sit at the dinner table, no distractions and do my 'stop' program. I select my food that I put into my mouth, I taste it by chewing, I observe that I can relax and enjoy this way of eating and I pause after chewing then chew some more before swallowing. I always take my time. Also I have a lot of weight to loose. I average 1700 calories each day or sometimes less. I really am so glad I started with sparkcoach. Also my faith is growing as I remain faithful to the truth. I trust that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. My faith is Number 1 and is most important to me, all the rest is what I do, the first is the why I do all this and becoming who I am in Him. Giving God all the Glory. Hope and pray you can understand that God is my first love.

I am finally in control of eating and I even started exercising. Lost 24 pounds in last eight weeks. I pray my motivation continues to be a positive experience and that I can stay accountable for years to come. I never thought that I would have to force myself to eat... enough to meet my target goal for the day.
