Normally when I get a migraine I get horrid cravings for coke and Mcdonalds (pretty much anything greasy!) Today when I got my ravenous appetite that comes with my migraines I decided I wanted mac and cheese. As it was cooking I glanced at the calories, sodium and over all lack of nutrition so I only ate a little plate of it but added in broccoli and light tuna in water for a nutrition boost and didn't have to feel guilty! Migraine is all but gone now (lasted about 14 hours) and I think I will be able to get a small work out in today without causing it to come back. I am getting this!!
