I don't know about everyone else, but I have a weakness for Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lattes. However, I discovered that a tall comes with 3 pumps of syrup but if I order it with only one, skim milk and no whip, it's still delicious and MUCH lower in calories! It even tastes better because it's not super sweet. Definitely not a daily thing but it's my Friday treat.
