Started back on SP with this new account on June 10th, working on just intuitive eating, nothing else. Had an iffy day on Tuesday, but for the rest of this week, it's been smooth sailing. The best part is that I have started to get in the habit of reminding myself that if I do get hungry, I can go ahead and eat -- sometimes not eating triggers something in my brain that feels like if I don't eat NOW, I won't get any food at all. It's dumb, but it's the way my brain works sometimes.
So far, I'm down 8 pounds, but I'm actually way more excited about being able to stop the non-stop eating that was actually making me feel kinda bloated and sick. I have high hopes for this path.
