I have been doing the 10+ fitness minutes challenge and was walking during my work lunches during the week so it is kind of built into my work day...but then the weekend hit! The weekend is always where i have trouble keeping to my goals and plans but this weekend is different. This weekend I realized at 730pm i was headed to the kitchen to get something to eat - even though i wasn't hungry and that i needed to distract myself. I also hadn't done my fitness minutes yet for the day and so I headed downstairs to the treadmill that's been collecting dust for 6 months. 45 minutes later I felt awesome and got another milestone for the challenge (5 days streak).
