I did my first spinning workout in three months, after being released by my orthopedic surgeon. I did not stand yet but burned almost as many calories as I was doing pre-accident.

Did my first work out in years I'm down 23lbs from changing my eating habits and more sleep I have 29 more lbs to lose and have been doing crunches for past 3 nights and today added Jillian Michaels 30 day shed level 1 and I sweated so much and I know it will get easier each day I can't wait until I'm at my goal weight of 135 and plan to reach it by the first of July ...5 kids late I'm ready to be a New Healthier Sexier version of me !!
