I've stuck with coach Nicole's 28 day bootcamp pretty well and am now doing the Spring challenge as a variance to the bootcamp. I was tempted to buy the "Intense" video but feel I probably wouldn't have stuck with it very well on my own, so it's best I didn't.
I have osteoarthritis and walk with crutches so I use Jodie stovelove's sit down and tone up encore plus the seated cardio exercise videos here. I also have a chair-a-cise dvd (combined cardio and weights), 2 chair-dancing dvds and try out many of the seated cardio exercise videos on Youtube.

I am VERY uncoordinated, plus at age 56 I can't keep up with some of the more intense videos. But I love the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home series--I have several and they make me sweat but don;t leave me behind. Right now I am only walking 2 miles but I hope to make it to the 5 mile workout. Also I enjoy anything by Kathy Smith or Erin O'Brien. These are all around toning/strength training workouts that are not just for older people--they can be tailored to any ability by increasing/decreasing the amount of weights and intensity.And all these wokouts are led by or feature women I can identify with--not people I could never in a lifetime look like or keep up with!
I have 5 different Jillian Michaels DVD's that I use daily. She really knows how to workout!!

I used to get Leslie Sansone's Walkaway the Pounds workouts on ExerciseTV on Demand. They were great for those days when you felt totally blah and the weather outside was awful. Unfortunately ExerciseTV is no more at least it's no longer on my lineup :-( I miss it. It's where I discovered the 30 Day Shred :'-( I had never watched the Biggest Loser and I didn't even know who Jillian was.

Yes! Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred is one of my favourites because you're done in under half an hour and you feel like you've had a thorough workout.
In addition to the 30DS I also like: * The Firm series * The 10-minute Solution series because I'm always short on time. If you have more than 10-minutes you can always stack more than one workout. * Zumba Fitness (I usually don't like "dancey" workouts but I like Zumba) * Bellydance Fitness (it's not a belldance workout but a set of workouts to make you strong enough for bellydancing) * Jackie Warner's Xtreme Time Saver (a lot like the 30DS but different enough) * Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 (more of the same but again different enough) * Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights (although a russian guy told me it was all wrong) * Brazil Buttlift (although I never seem to have time for more than the "express"). * AM/PM yoga (although I could do without Rodney Yee in a speedo)
DVD's I dislike? * Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones(too long) * Jillian Michaels' Banish, Fat, Boost Metabolism (too long) * Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown (really Jillian just stick to what you know, you don't need to try to cash in on EVERYTHING) * Turbo-Fire (too long AND too dancey) * P90x - Hate it, hate it, hate it!
Since I am exercise challenged (heehee), I love Anne Burnell's videos and others listed on the Chair Exercise Team.

I have Richard Simmons "Sweatin' to the Oldies" movie that I love, although I haven't used it in years. I also have a Walk Away the Pounds video that I use when I can't get outside.
My video's of choice these days are the ones right here at SP. Most are only 10-15 minutes long so I can string together as few or as many as I have time for.
I also walk to the library every 3 weeks and check out a new video. Some I like, some I don't. You never know until you try.

YES, alternating every day with Coach Nicole's "28 Day Boot Camp", "Kettlebell Konnection" from GoFit.net, and the original GoFit.net Kettlebell 25 min workout that came with the KB I purchased three years ago.
Plus, I do my Wii Fit Plus, which sort of counts as a video.

Chalene Johnson! I love ChaLEAN extreme (strength training) and Turbofire (cardio, mostly HIIT). That woman makes you work hard, I love her style! I also run.

I love Coach Nicole's videos on here, but for a longer cardio workout (and for some excellent strength training, as well) I LOVE Denise Austin. Her moves don't involve difficult choreography, and she's just so funny...she's very encouraging, like a mom to a kindergartner. Some people hate it, I think it's endearing. She says things like "burn that butter" and "squeeze your buttocks, if you don't, nobody else will!" She sounds like she just smoked a pack of cigarettes, but I love her, and her workouts are great. I used to use a "lose 10 lbs" video or something like that, and a kickboxing one too. There are also some of her videos (a bit shorter) on youtube.

Workout dvds is pretty much I did all my workout until the past 6 weeks or so when I started running. I like to get lots of different ones from the library (kickboxing, jillian michaels, 10 minute solution ones, etc). I also have one of the Leslie Sansone walk at home dvds and the Sparkpeople 28 day bootcamp that I just bought. Love workout dvds!!! I do not have a gym membership and can workout at home.

I find myself alternating between Leslie Sansone (Walk Away t he Pounds), P90 (not P90x yet), 30 Day Shred and then some of the 28 Day Bootcamp videos available on SP
I love workout videos. It is hard for me to "find' time to get to the gym. With videos I can pop them in and not have to waist time driving anywhere. I love Insanity, TurboFire and ChaLean Extreme. They are the ones that I am rotating for my weekly workouts. Once I get to "One"derland my I will be buying Les Mills Pump to help mix it up and keep the weight coming off. I have several others that I do from time to time but these are my favorite and what I am doing right now.

I HEAVILY recommend the Star Trainers Cardio DVD. I can't remember who makes it, but one of the trainers is Violet Zaki; another trainer is Gay Gaspar. The one DVD features 5 different full half-hour workouts, each one done by a different trainer. Unlike the workout "systems" the DVD is very cheap- I got mine online years ago for like $10. The workouts all heavily focus on cardio, and there is ZERO equipment involved. Violet Zaki will kick your butt, though. It took me several days before I could do her video all the way through. Right now my sweetie and I are working through Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred together. Tough for both of us, but not impossible. I also like Cardio Sculpt, might be Billy Blanks. It's too hard for me right now, though, if I try to use weights with it. I also have the Biggest Loser Cardio Max- another really difficult one for me to do with the weights. (Sense a theme here? I suck at weights...) We are going to get P90X once we finish that. I wanted my sweetie to prove that he would actually work out before I invested that kind of money.
Edited to Add: I just checked, and the Star Trainers Cardio is available for FIVE DOLLARS on Amazon. Can't be beat.

I have lots you name I probably have it. Kettlebell, Brazil Butt, Yoga Booty Ballet, Slim in 6, and I evev have VHS workout tapes. The ones I like the best is Brazil Butt and The Firm. I'm having problems doing them due to knee surgery last year.
I just bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It has 3 levels and even level 1 is challenging enough. She explains all of the moves and is very motivating. There were 2100 positive reviews on Amazon, I bought my at Walmart for under $10.

I have really liked the Insanity dvds. I don't use them all the time but they give you a hard, challenging work out and I really feel good afterwards. I think they are through BeachBody.

The past month or so I've been using Ballet Beautiful. They're dvds and they also stream online. I LOVE them. They're low impact, great for toning and really improve posture. I am by no means a dancer, but from the privacy of my own home i can unleash my inner ballerina
I love workout DVDs. Without them, I wouldn't really get a chance to fit working out into my schedule. Current favourites are:
- Biggest Loser set, that includes 2 Jillian Michaels DVDs and 2 from the other trainer (Bob?). - Karon Karter Pilates From the Inside Out. Her show is broadcast on a local station. I record it on the PVR - Dancing with the Stars workout DVDs. One is Latin Dance focused, the other is a mix of Latin / Jazz / Contemporary - Belly Dance workout
I also have a couple of Fitness Games for the Xbox kinect.
I love exercise DVDs . I have been working with the Leslie Sasone Walk at home series. And I am doing better these DVDs gives me no excuses. So far I do the power walks 6 miles a day and other exercises also. It's great!

Absolutely! They are great for the winter when it's too dark, cold, rainy, or whatever to go outside. Or if you live somewhere where it is too hot to go outside in the summer. There must be thousands of them for lots of variety.
I like Cynthia Kereluk's videos. I recorded some in the '90s and still use them some times. She's on YouTube as well. She has really simple moves that get your heart rate going. She also talks through the whole thing, telling you interesting facts about nutrition or cultural items. It makes the time fly by because you're listening to her and not focused on the hard work.
I also like the SP videos because they are short and have a lot of variety.
My very favorite that I borrowed form the library once was a Dirty Dancing video. (No, it wasn't dirty!) It had dance routines inspired by the movie and used music from the movie. It was so much fun!

I have the Firm collection also, I do love those workouts, they are tough, also had some kickboxing ones. I just feel they target all the areas, I know that when I put my own workout together I do miss some parts of the body that still need attention
Yes I have used them, and still do when I'm unable to get outside the house. I have not bought any recently because I can get them on demand from the cable company. I do own a couple of walking videos by Leslie Sansone.

I love The Firm workouts! I've been doing them since the late 80s, and they are always a challenge. I bought The Wave too (it's a Firm workout). I'd been thinking about it for a while and made it one of my rewards. It's a tough workout but it's fun.
