your breakfast is alright -- oatmeal and milk

lunch -- Special K bars are nothing but junk - scrap that and add either a salad with lots of leafy green veggies, a protein (chicken, tuna, steak or whatever you like) and a healthy serving of olive oil and vinegar dressing. You could also try a sandwich on whole wheat bread. get creative!!

Dinner -- while Healthy Choice meals are ok on occasion, it isn't something you want to rely on all of the time. For dinner have a lean protein, sweet potato and a large serving of veggies.

Snacks - don't forget snacks! Have fruit, string cheese, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, almonds, or something else you like.

Water is important - so, drinking a lot of it is a good thing for you!

Make sure you are getting 1200 calories a day minimum, unless you are under the supervision of a medical doctor.

Best of luck!

Special K bar is nothing but junk food.

Eat a salad, with some lean meat/egg/cheese and some fruit instead as actual food for lunch.

You need to use the nutrition tracker and see if this actually meets ANY of your goals, as I am pretty suspicious it will meet very few of them at all.

agree with MECHRISTINA
the egg white is so perfect one serving is about 46g and its contains 25 calories only
so if you have 2 or 3 servings you still under the 100 calories and its good source of protein

Healthy choice food is all way depend on our body needs , if you need calorie less you can try Egg Whites , Soya beans etc ..

If you want fibrous food then you have to choice that particular food which suits your needs!!

I see about 15 grams of protein, a processed food lunch that is not enough to fill anyone up, and I don't even know what a "healthy choice" food is, unless it's a TV dinner by that brand, in which case this is a terrible diet. You need to add some protein to your diet, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, and up your calories.

You probably would lose weight eating like this every day, but it sounds incredibly un-satisfying and unsustainable. It doesn't look very healthy, either... where are the fruits and veggies? Where are the healthy fats? Where's the protein?

The previous poster has offered an alarmingly unhealthy response. I would not pay too much attention to that one. (Eating only 1200 and doing 300-400 calories of exercise would be harmful to most people).

That daily meal plan sounds incredibly light. As in, not enough food to support anyone. Of course, I don't know how large your servings are or what the "any healthy choice" option is. Do you mean Healthy Choice the pre-packaged frozen food brand? Those prepacked meals can be extremely high in sodium. You are far better off just making your own.

There are no fruits and vegetables in this plan (barring whatever dinner is). There is almost no protein, just what's in the dairy you get.

Try not to eliminate entire food groups.

If you're not sure how to eat healthy, turn on the meal plans on your food tracker and look at the suggestions for a few days from that. They will be WAY more than a bit of oatmeal and milk, a yoghurt, one bar, and a frozen meal.

Yes, if you are taking 1200 calories , then you have to do some workout which burns atleast 300-400 calories . then it will lose weight !!
then it will ok and then you will feel lighter !!

That sounds like way less than 1200 calories, which is the minimum you should eating every day. If you stay within the range you get here, and eat healthy foods, you should lose weight.

Weight loss is not about what you eat at individual meals. In fact, it has less to do with the foods you eat (although the quality counts). Specific foods do not cause weight loss. Weight loss is triggered by eating less than you burn, and functions best when you have enough to fuel your activity. If you eat only two meals a day, the odds are that you are not eating enough to support your body's needs. Weight loss happens when you maintain a certain calorie deficit for your body over the course of a week.

What is your calorie range, and what's your daily calorie intake?
