if you run the feedback report it can give you suggestions. if you turn on the meal plans they can give you suggestions.
but meats, greek yogurt, beans, cheese, eggs and grains all have a decent amount of protein in them.

I am lacking in my protein ratios but I don;t know enough about nutrition to know which foods are proteins. Any lists out there?
