Does it really matter how long it takes to lose the weight or does it matter that you have lost the weight? I have been on my weight loss journey for 13 month and have lost 68 pounds. Yes it has taken a while and I am still not done, but I did still lose 68 pounds right! Remember the slower that it comes off the more likely it is to stay off! Just hang in there because everything will be alright!

Slow and steady will make it more enjoyable, you should be more informed as you go along, and much easier to maintain when you reach your goal. Hang in there, try some new things along the way.
