Congrats on the loss so far. Don't get discouraged and keep going. You can't expect to lose at the same pace all through your journey. I lost over 90 lbs and most of it averaged 1 lb a week. There were plateaus and times when I lost more. Each week consider it another stepping stone on your lifetime journey to get healthy and don't make it all about the number n the scale.

Congrats on your success so far! Try not to let this deter your progress.

Unfortunately weight loss is not always a linear, steady process. There may be some weeks where you will lose, some weeks you maintain and even some weeks where you gain, but that does not mean you are doing anything wrong. Remember our weight is not a static number. It can and will fluctuate according to your diet, hydration, workouts and even hormones, but keep focus on the big picture. This journey is about incorporating life-long healthy habits into your life so that the results of all these new habits will be a healthy body.

I'm ecstatic about losing 13 lbs in 6 weeks but the last 2 weeks have been difficult! I still eat healthy, count calories, and track everything I eat. I meet my weekly fitness minute goals and calories burned as well. I've changed up my workouts and incorporated weights (today was the first day). What else can I do?
