well I had the open,because at the time my insurance would not pay for the laper scoptic,i did really well if you ate to much u threw up,so I learned real quick not to do that,over time your stomach will stirengh buy not like it was before,i weighted at the beginning 267lbs,5'3" so I was morbid obese,i lost a total of 135lbs in 15 months,keep it off really well until I stayed home all the time,but I,ve got a lot of support and with a lot of prayer I,ll reach my goal and know how to fix my meals and keep the weight off,oh thanks for reading my story,have a blessed day

You are the poster child for bariatric surgery! Asyou can testify, even with surgery, the same plan has to happen. Calories in must be less than calories out.
I know that must be hard - how was it when you first had the gastric bypass? is it as amazing as they say?

well I really goofff lol,poured my heart out on the stir-fry page,so I,m really going to make stir-fry,but here,s my story again,had by-pass 7yrs ago have gained back 45lbs,so I,m going to get serious this time,i have a lot of my church sisters praying for me and friends to,they will help me reach my goal
