I have added a team to get you started but you should use the team search bar and type in things like your interests/hobbies or type in the first number your your followed by a 0 and something. hi there everybody- I suffer with 60% of my lungs compromised with C,O,P,D, , and I do do some light swimming, and need to lose weight-- walking is too exhausting, in fact almost all exercise is very difficult for me, I need support in this weight loss ---- I am an excellent cook and really do eat good foods, and have been slowly reducing my portions.....any other suggestions?????????
