I think one of the most important things you can do is to start tracking everything you eat again. If you have an old tracker, pick a week where you did really well and repeat that week. Make sure to drink your water. That would be two changes to make right away. When you're used to doing them, try adding some exercise. You can do this. You know that because you did it before. It's always hard to get back when you've allowed yourself to get away from it. I know...I'm the champ! but these two things, in my opinion will get you back on the right path.
You might want to look into Spark Coach. I'd been away a YEAR and when I came back, Spark Coach was brand new to me. I think it's a great way to get back into the groove. And, if you want to check back in now and then, send me a sparkmail. I'd love to be sort of a buddy...an accountability person. I could use it, too.
Have you found a good team you can relate to? I'm in several but have one I call my "home team". They're all roughly my age and go through a lot of the same things. Makes all the difference.
Best of luck to you in your journey.
