I usually just guesstimate and track anyway, knowing it won't be accurate, but still it will probably be close enough. At a tapas bar one would expect olive oil, garlic, peppers, chorizo, bacon, wine, sugar, vinegar and spices to be a part of the equation in addition to "the leading ingredient".
Sounds like a nice treat. I love tapas!

Went to a tapas bar, and carefully ordered broth based soup and two small veggie dishes -- one based on brussels sprouts, the other on artichoke hearts. They were delicious, but I have no idea what was in them besides the veggies! I've just given up trying to figure out the right way to track them, as i could be off by hundreds of calories -- but what do you do in this situation??
