Hi all,
I am very careful about tracking, and today I ate a Moe's Southwest Grill chicken "close talker" salad (streak--no shell or chips or anything). I did not get cheese, guacamole, sour cream, or even salad dressing--just chicken, black beans, pico de gallo, and veggies. On the Moe's nutrition calculator, that comes out to about 390. I am wondering how? Since I measure my food very day, I am very familiar with what servings look like. I am confident that I had no more than 3.5 ounces of chicken and about a third of a cup of beans--at most. By my calculations, I am nowhere near 390. I noticed in Moe's that the salad includes cheese, etc. So, should I use Moe's calculator or go with my estimations and Spark people's calorie counts? The rest of my day hangs in the balance. :) Thanks for any assistance.
