What are some good workouts for stability balls and someone who has never used one before? I got one and have been seeing what I can do for fun, but am pretty unbalanced so far and don't want to fall off and into something again. Any ways to get used to these without hurting myself and suggestions for workouts would be appreciated. I already have one by Leslie Sanson I think that came with the ball. I am looking for more to get me used to the ball for the most part.
