My smoothie consists of 4 cups of water, an apple, banana, orange, strawberries and kale. I have a vita mix that takes it all down to a smooth consistency. The recipe makes about 8 cups so I fill up a pitcher and drink about 8 oz. or more a day. It's delish.
I make mine with mostly spinach, about 2 hand fulls of fresh baby spinach, a banana, frozen blueberries, sometimes a few dried prunes and a little water. Can use either banana or prunes depending on the flavor I want, as they're both sweet. You can add whatever you want, it's fun to experiment.

I'd say you could probably add it in a 3:1 or 2:1 fruit to spinach ratio. I generally use frozen baby spinach in my smoothies, it's milder and more tender than regular spinach.
