I went back and checked into your SparkCoach "email a coach" question, and you received a response within 4 hours. (I was the one who responded, so I know I answered it :) If you still have your SparkCoach account open, you can go back and check for the answer.

I think everyone needs to find what works best for them. Some people love the SparkCoach program, and others find that using just the regular site meets their needs and is what they need to be successful. Whatever works for you is what matters most.

It wasn't for me either but I'm sure it's great for others. I'm sure it's hard when every single dollar (and cent) counts in your budget (been there before so I relate) but hope that you got something out of the dvds on there at least when you had it.

I love this site so much and I'm so thankful that it's free.

I used the free trial of Coach, but found no benefit above what is already there for free in the regular program! Frankly, I'm too cheap to pay however much per month to get the extra points.

I'm sorry you had such a poor experience.
That's part of the reason I am very hesitant to purchasing such types of services.
Often, they are a duplicate of what I can do myself, with a little commitment.

P.S. I have no experience with SP Coach; just giving a general response

I honestly felt the same way and finally remembered to cancel it. Don't be depressed about it. :-) Just consider it a lesson learned. It's tough, though, when you're on a very limited income.

I joined spark coach and every day I would log in and complete a few tasks and thats it. Basically the same tasks I do when I log into my sp account each day. It's really not that different. The only thing it offers that i thought would be helpful is you can email a coach and a get a personal reply. I did that and never received an answer! spark coach is a joke. So I cancelled my automatic billing and feel bad for wasting $15 on a 3 month membership to spark coach.I live on social security disability so each dollar i get to live on each month is precious to me to the $15 really hurt my pockeet book. On the upside I do get a couple of dvd workout videos but from the service I've gotten so far with my membership I'm not counting on seeing them in my mail anytime soon. So now I'm depressed. But I'm goiing to try really hard to get my rear in gear on not dwell on this little experience but I just had to vent about it. Thank you wonderful spark members for taking th time to listen to me. I'm disabled and rarely leave the house so you people are my friends. Your my connection with th outside world and I just want you to know I appreciate each and every one of you. (((hugs)))
