ditto on the fruit: apples, bananas, oranges, grapes also veggies, carrots sticks are fabulous. i'm not big on most raw veggies but have found that i rather like snacking on roasted veggies light string cheese is a good shot of protein cereal is good too, you can find some good whole grain, low sugar kinds that aren't too bad for you - i like multigrain cheerios

I love to have fruit as a snack. Also, a lw fat cheese stick is a good waynto get a healthy protein . Low fat yogurt is good, as well as a few nuts. Hope this is helpful.
