Sometimes you just have to give yourself a break; for me that is usually one rest day a week. This weekend it was both days, due to circumstances beyond my control.
I do try to stay on track with diet, but if it is a special occasion or meal out I 'splurge' one meal. A whole splurge day seems to set me up to go off eating right completely.

I have been rehabbing our house for several weeks; Today I was just exhausted. But I did some stairs for 10 minutes, getting my 8/8 water, and trying to budget my meals so I can have dinner....but very exhausted from the week. Moving on!
