Whatever you want, as long as it fits in your range.

Since you're probably going to bed after, you don't have to find something that will specifically satisfy for long periods. So any foods you enjoy, that fit within your plan, are fine.

Some people have fruit, or string cheese, or a bowl of cereal or oatmeal, or toast, or some vegies and dip ... and so on.

i work a shift job as of now i work from 5pm till 130am im a shipper at plant im always moving but when i get home im starving what do u feel would be a good snack emoticon
