Unfortunately, we here at Sparkpeople are not really equipped to advise you regarding any pain or medical condition. We can't diagnose you, because we're not able to examine you, nor do most of us volunteers (or staff!) have medical degrees anyway!

I strongly encourage you to stop using the supplement (there's no evidence it works anyway) and please see your doctor as soon as possible. No one here can even begin to guess what could be causing your pain.

I will note that if you're exercising that much, and eating that little, you are undereating and overexercising. You definitely need to see a doctor, and discuss your plans in detail.

I am going with the crowd - if it sounds too good to be true, it probably IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

Seriously, there are millions of weight loss SOLUTIONS, none of which have been shown to really WORK. Some have a placebo effect, others no effect, others are dangerous, and some even may kill you. Lifestyle changes WILL result in the loss you are hoping for.

According to Webmd, Sensa is made from maltodextrin, tricalcium phosphate, silica, and flavors.
It doesn't really give a healthy diet far as I'm concerned, it sounds like a placebo...I've never met anyone who used it, but I'm definitely not going to myself. It's silly to think that you can just sprinkle some glorified salt onto your food and expect to lose weight. Even if you do, once you stop using it, it will stop suppressing your appetite (assuming it actually does) and you'll eat as you once did.

You don't need that to be healthy. If you are truly concerned with the muscle spasms, stop immediately and talk with your doctor. These quick fix weight loss products are not regulated. I personally don't use diet pills or products specifically because they are not regulated. Hearing about how Metabolife (fen Phen) screwed people for life....I just don't think it's worth it.

Stop dieting and make a lifestyle change. Diets (and sensa) will only show results if you are "on them". They dont necessarilty encourage healthy eating and self control though. Additionally, I wouldn't want to put a drug into my body unless it's medically necessarily and regulated by the fda and included all ingredients.

I would research sensa on line and see if this is a common complaint! Also get checked by a doctor! Two hours of exercise is a lot! Could be muscular over use problems or something totally different

I'm getting desperate about my weight lose. I have been on diet since 2009, eat between 1200-1500 daily. Exercise at least 2 hrs daily. I dedided to try sensa . But now am having stomach and muscle spasms under my rib cage. Don't know if I should stop or continue, don't want to have surgeries. So give me some suggestions or let me know if you experienced the same thing with sensa.
