be vigilant. when you bounce back up, get right back on track - don't wait for it to magically go away! I always get that silly mindset of "Oh, it's just a couple pounds - I know I can take that off. I will do it later....." and then it is 20 or 30 pounds! Deal with it when it happens!

I think this is pretty typical .When it happens to me I drink more water, alot more and eat basic plant foods.

I'm dealing with it. I didn't quite hit my "dream weight" last year. I got down to a decent weight though and I'm slowly gaining weight. I exercise daily. I know sometimes I get lazy with my eating though so I"m trying to get back to the basics with that. I'm trying to get around to reading the newest Spark book to see if it helps. I bought it and haven't read it yet!

Research the maintenance phase of eating within the spark articles....they have great ideas but the number one is tracking every bit of food that goes in your mouth....stay with the basics that got you there.
