I mix lowfat yogurt or sour cream with salsa and a bit of taco sauce. Super quick.

Italian Style Yogurt Dressing

1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, vinegar and honey. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
