Different workouts, different humidities, different circumstances; it really doesn't matter, in the end. Sweat isn't an indicator of anything but your body ridding itself of excess heat. It's not a sign that a workout is better or worse or anything. :)
Somedays, you may be working harder than others. If you just ride the stationary bike, I trust you are using different programs to keep your body from getting used to the same old thing. I also know that somedays, the higher the humidity, the more I sweat.
Hello all. This may be a weird question, but is there a reason I sweat more some workouts than others, and I do the same workout every day. I ride the stationary bike an hour every morning after I wake up and some days I'm drenched and others nothing. Does anyone know why that is?
