I would slice my full piece of pie, cover it with plastic wrap, put it in the fridge, figure it into tomorrow's calorie range, and eat it with a clear and happy conscience------tomorrow.

I find it easiest to budget in any desserts that you cannot resist before you eat your big meals. If that means taking a small piece or a few bites, then thats what it takes. Word from the wise, do not exclude foods out of your diet as this will make cravings worse and destroy your diet.

If you have 100 calories left and you are just going nuts, get a tiny piece of pie and put a tiny bit of whipped cream on it and enjoy it. Alternatively, you could drink a glass of water and eat a piece of fruit. If you really don't want to do that, maybe a glass of water and an apple would help. Be kind to yourself -- we have to decide, one bite at a time, whether we are going to indulge a bit or stick to our eating plan. You'll make the right decision!

You have to decide if it's worth it. I overindulged over Thanksgiving weekend and now I am paying the price.. nearly a week later and I'm still 5 lbs up from before the holiday. :(
Have a small piece of you can handle it and do some extra exercise tomorrow, otherwise STAY OUT OF THE KITCHEN! :)

Just got home and... My mom made pie! It smells so good and everyone else is eating some and there's whipped cream and everything! I really really 1want some but I only have like 100 calories left for the day! Sonneone please help!
