The rest of the exercises are suppose to be 3 sets of 15 reps. You hold the plank for however long you can and that's the one set. You then do it 2 more times in the workout

I don't think that one exercise move is meant to be 45 minutes long. I looked at what they wrote and I am assuming that one rep would be one set. So, if you can't hold for 3 min., do up to 15 of the planks holding each one for 30 seconds each time.
