Good for you to beginning again and sometimes it takes a few starts to figure out the formula that works for you. Also, it might be worth investigating what didn't work in the past, so this is your last re-start. If you keep at it daily, weekly, yearly you will eventually get there. Good luck!

Congratulations on your resolve to start again today. But I do suggest that you do at least 1 thing today to make that start. Not doing something reinforces the idea that living a healthy is something optional -- that you can start and stop whenever you like. You'll be more likely to succeed if you consider a healthy lifestyle something you do EVERY day -- at least a little.

I know what you mean about starting and getting off track, restarting again. Last yr I was at 180 pounds now I back up to 212 and working my way down slowly but surely so I can learn to keep it off this time.
I've started and stopped and started and stopped and started so many times since 2006 that it's insane. Just like trying to quit smoking, trying to get healthy is an uphill battle. We slide down sometimes, but if we want to be healthy, we have to keep trying to get it right. Progress...Not perfection.
This is my third time at starting a weight loss journey dairy--and I am determined to make a third time be a charm--Starting Monday February 18th, I am trying something a little different, than what I have been doing-- and yes ---starting over again so I will be back on Monday--with a somewhat different approach, and a determination that just won't stop!!!
