Be sure your calorie range is calculating based on your correct cardio workout level. Also, be sure you are not eating at the same level but within that range -- toward the top end on cardio workout days and toward the bottom only if you have a very sedentary. If you are being really active, you may not be eating enough for your body to let go of the reserve energy it perceives it might need in the fat stores. Perhaps are you drinking enough water?
Otherwise, if you are doing all the right moves, just be patient, give it another month. I know it's hard to wait that long to see results, I've plateaued for months at a time when I got down to 150 once. Remember that some people just take longer for their body to respond, especially if the body or your emotions have been put under any stress lately.

I have been working out for a month now and sticking to a 1200-1400 calorie a day diet (still need to work on my sugar intake). I have lost 11 inches overall in that time but i have not lost any weight. I know weight doesn't mean as much as long as i'm losing size, but at 186 lbs when i'm only 5'1", i am much too heavy for my frame. could i be doing something wrong? I am hitting my protein and fiber requirements every day and including veggies and fruit with my meals. I don't know what i'm doing wrong.
