Welcome- I generally hate walking and there are so many other things you can do. I recommend exercise DVDs which you can do at home and only do what you feel you can. For example today I was just to tired to use my arms so I just moved my legs. Any movement is good movement. Shoot for 10 minutes at a time- even if you do that 2 times a day you will see huge rewards- good luck and keep it up!

Hi Stephanie, I am Cara, I am new today. I am already over fourty and want to loose atleast fourty pounds, perhaps more, but fourty to start. I was considering trying zoomba dancing. I have not been one to excercise in the past so I want to find something fun. I am wondering if it will feel fun if its dance. Congrats on the four pounds girl

Howdie, My name is Stephanie and I am new to this. I need lost of help. My doctor told me to loose this weight if I wanted to walk by the time I hit 40. I will be 31 in a few weeks. Is there any exercises out there that I can do other than just walking, with a bad back. I am up for anything. I need to loose 160 pounds. so far I have lost 4 this week. Thank you
