i cant seem to stick to a diet, i have started calorie counting, just ordered insanity, and striiv!
I tend to be a "Start and stop" dieter too. I think what's most important is that you keep starting! Yes, we're all trying to make a lifestyle change, but life changes and it's a more dynamic process. Congrats on signing up and finally making it to tomorrow:)

Hello everyone! I have decided to give this a try. I have been telling myself I would start tomorrow for the last month. I seem to be a start and stop dieter. When I do lose weight I tell myself it's ok to eat what I want and gain it back. My weight gain was due to steroids from an illness so it is really hard to lose. I am hoping that I will find the support I need to keep on my diet here.
