I love Greek yogurt. I mix it with granola. I also use it in place of sour crème.

There is a ranch dressing flavored yogurt to put on salads or dip veggies and chips into. You can even put it on baked potato. The brand I use is made by Bolthouse Farms. It is so good! My guests did not have a clue it was not authentic ranch dressing! Only 45 calories for 2Tbsp.

I hate veggies. Well, most of them, anyway.

Airpop popcorn. You can put 1/4c in a large microwave safe mixing bowl and cover it with a plate. Put in microwave on high for 4 minutes or until popping slows. Spray with a buttery spray and sprinkle with freshly ground sea salt.

Green Bean fries- Toss a pound of green beans with olive oil, then roast at 400 degrees, turning once, until as crispy as you like.

Roasted vegetables. I hate veggies, but roasting them caramelizes them and brings out any sugars. You can use carrots, potatoes, onions, cauliflower, brocolli or any other veggies.

Baked tortilla chips and salsa. I buy Mission Extra Thin Tortlla chips and cut 3 of them into wedges or strips, then bake at 350 until crispy (about 10-15 minutes). Serve with Salsa or pica de galla.

Somehow, drinking something warm helps me to feel more satisfied. I will make a cup of flavored coffee (my fav right now is Folgers Caramel Drizzle), adding a tsp of powdered creamer and Equal.To have cold iced coffee during the day, I prepare a couple of cups early in the day and refrigerate, then stir and pour over ice later. An alternative to the coffee is a cup of hot herbal tea. I prefer peppermint for daytime (energizing) and chamomile at night.

Sometimes I just suck it up and tell myself that I can eat 'tomorrow'. I try not to eat after 6pm (my own self-imposed rule. It doesn't matter what time you eat as long as your daily calories are controlled).

Check out Sparkrecipes, too, though I find most of them too high in calories for my liking. Also there are articles about snacking to search out.

I have lost 117# by snacking my weight off. I eat several 100-200 calorie mini-meals daily. Let me know how I can help you. emoticon

Hi All... I'm struggling with finding low cal snacks that are satisfying... veggies just aren't cutting it! lol Any ideas? I'm so HUNGRY! (yup... drinking lots of water) Thanks!
