Yes the entire right side of my body is about 10% stronger than my left and I do have a difference in the arms....what I try to do is use my left arm more in my day to day activities.

Now that being said I am right handed so my natural inclinication is to use the dominate side of my body - the right side!

I'm glad I asked -- it seems that are many of us out there! I'm glad I'm not alone in my uniqueness ;)

Wonder how many folks will go and look and check this out, lol? There may be a medical explanation for this, something to do with when the egg splits or something, heard about it years ago..............................interesti

After breast cancer 7 years ago mine is too! Radiation treatment shrunk one side. It bothered me at first but now I just think Oh well, who cares? More important things to worry about! emoticon

I agree with LILLIPUTIANNA. We are our own worst critics!

My left foot is smaller than my right foot. Another imbalanced person!

The right side of my stomach is bigger than the other. Then again I have a surgical scar, from my naval almost to my back. And that makes it seem more unbalanced.

I am sure that you all look just fine and it isn't noticeable to anyone else

Nobody is perfectly symmetrical. We notice our our "imperfections" more than anyone else does. Things that seem painfully obvious to ourselves, are rarely noticed by other people. (They're too busy worry about their own imperfections.)

My left lat is smaller than my right lat. I'm unbalanced too!

I don't recall that specifically happening to me but I did lose noticable weight in my neck and hands before anywhere else, it looked odd and I started to look like a deflated human bag.

I've noticed it. I'd known for years that one leg is a tiny bit longer and one foot is a little bit bigger than the other. And I'm right-handed, so my right arm and hand are stronger than the left. But yeah, the flab is also not absolutely symmetrical. Not all that noticeable, especially in clothes.

I noticed the same thing....thought it was just me but there is a distinct difference between my two sides. Thanks for making me feel "normal."

Nobody has a perfectly symmetrical body--you have one leg longer, one arm longer, etc...maybe not enough to be noticeable, but it's not exactly even.

Either way--it is what it is. Are you still less fat than you were before? Are you still happy about your successes? Then who cares if you're uneven? You are still YOU--the inside doesn't change regardless of the you on the outside.

I haven't noticed that either, but I'll be checking now!

No I haven't noticed that.

I have more flab on the left side of my back than on my right! As I've lost weight, flab has disappeared from both sides, but there is still a visible difference between left and right. I know there's nothing I can do about, so I'm not asking for advice. I'm just curious if anyone else has noticed that they carry more fat on their left/right side.
