Combine with a seed -- rice, barley, wheat berries, wild rice ... your choice --, some diced veggies, herbs, etc. and stuff some peppers to bake! (or tomotoes ...) Easy, single-serving, and the leftovers store well.

You can crumble them up and make a nice pasta sauce!? That's what I'd do as I am a pasta lover lol. Lots of easy recipe's for sauces!

Once thawed, you could combine them to make a meatloaf. Tons of variations out there to suit your likes/needs.
I'd grill them like regular burgers. Bun or no bun. Rarely do I even have hamburger buns in the house, so most of the time my family eats burgers, it's "like a steak", but we still dress them up like burgers! You could crumble them and use them for anything, tacos, sloppy joes, chili, meat sauce, lasagna, etc. You could also put them all together to make some meatloaf.

Once they are thawed, mash them up a bit and saute them with lots of green, red and yellow pepper strips, garlic and a bit of olive oil.Sprinkle some basil and serve it over some brown rice or whole wheat pasta !! Yummmmm

Arrange them in a cassarole dish, add cream of mushroom soup and water, mix about a tbs of flour to water for thickener, add frozen carrots and a few stalks of celery halfed, and if you wish, a few small whole onions and fresh or can mushrooms. Bake about 45/60 mimutes at about 400 degress. Serve over whole grain pasta or rice. I do this for my family as a alternitive to traditional hamburger on bun.

Meatballs like you mentioned are pretty easy, you don't need to fry them on the stove you can bake them in the oven after you make the balls. Also, you could just eat them like hamburgers, top with a bit of cheese and veggies and go bunless, or you can buy those sandwich thins or english muffins to use as buns, those are only 100 calories each.

I have six hamburger patties in my freezer from this past summer. It is quality/lean ground beef from Whole Foods. I was thinking of just cooking those up and eating them like a steak...or maybe frying them in Pam and making some meatballs. Anyone have a suggestion how I could use these up in a healthy recipe?
