Because of your medical conditions, the best person to answer your questions would be your doctor. They should be able to give you advice one what exercises are safe to try and what you should avoid.

lisalee try aqua aerobics it will help tone your muscles with no impact to cause back aches

It's a little pricey, but I recommend Barre classes. I do them religiously. It's a low impact, full body workout that gets the heart rate up and strengthens all over.

Hi, I was wondering what kind of exercises would be best for me to do. To lose weight but also not jar my back? I have had to back surgeries and really can't put a lot of strain on my back specially my lower back. I have Degenerative Disc Disease. Do you have any suggestions on what would be great to do. I want to lose a lot of weight because I also was just diagnosed with Diabetes the day before my birthday this year. And, I want to beat that and feel better. To live a healthier and happier life with my new husband of a year.

I just joined a boxing club with a power hour i failed at the first attempt cause I didn't eat right. got overheated and then got sick. there is so much on the internet about what and what not to eat. I am going to have to stagger my workouts between lunch time and before dinner. do i just have a high carb snack before the workout? What type of carbs? any help is great...
