The day just started, but I walked all 5 dogs again this morning. I walk the faster 2 first, jogging & walking. I play Can You Run Faster Than A _______? Yesterday I ran faster than 2 of the small dogs. Today I ran faster than our Pit-mix. (Maybe she was tired.) This may not sound like much, but it's more than I've been doing lately.

started the day with an upper body workout on the BowFlex. Should be able to make the 4:30 spin class tonight, but if not I will do another form of cardio.
Yesterday I did step aerobics for an hour, ran for 5 minutes and then did 30 minutes of CX works. It's a core strengthening class. This morning I plan on running a few miles and doing Bodypump for an hour. I'm sure I will spend time playing with my kids later as well.

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of HIIT then lower body strength training. I walked my daughter to the grocery store and dollar store (about a 45 minute walk). Then we went mushroom (morels) hunting in the evening with my husband, 4 year old son, 3 year old daughter and my hubby's friend. We did a 2.5 hour hike and we hit the mother load. We found a patch of about 20 morels and then a little later found 2 more. My husband and I had found 2 earlier this week so we had returned for another treasure hunt. Good haul, good haul. We have morels coming out the wazoo.
Today I did 50 minutes of metabolic resistance training and my hubby and his friend want to go mushroom hunting again this evening! I also have to clean out the car and start getting things ready to leave on our camping trip on Monday.

I power walked the zoo with a friend for about two hours yesterday. and zoo has lots of hills. (which reminds me....I think I forgot to log it in)
