If it is a recipe on SparkRecipes.com, you can go to that recipe's page to add it to your tracker. However, there isn't an option to copy meal plan items from one day to another. I hope this helps!

I'm new and spending a lot of time inputting my food/meals into the tracker. Today I made a recipe (very lemony chicken) that was on my plan for a different day. Is there a way to move it over to today without entering each ingredient?
