I gained 10 pounds being home for 4 days over Thanksgiving emoticon

Then dropped 12 pounds to make featherweight in the next 6 days emoticon


Now I'm just a pound over where I was when this whole mess began and looking to have a more normal rest of the Holiday season. emoticon

I didn't really overindulge at Thanksgiving, but I have been off track thanks to a very busy work month that had me working 12+ hours every day.

Tonight I'm back to eating right, and tomorrow it's back to the gym!
