Do an internet search for "smoothie", "green smoothie", "vegan soup recipe" and you'll find tons of options, all of which you can make in your blender.

Many people, like David Wolfe for instance, ONLY eat blended foods.

To get enough protein you can add protein powder, soy or other kinds of milk, or you can add meat as well (I don't, but it is an option).

For adequate fat, add coconut butter, coconut oil, flax oil, avocado, olives, etc.

You can eat VERY healthfully without chewing at all. (Though you should start by chewing at least for 30 seconds or so, as it aids in disestion and gets that saliva going, even if you can't "chew up" stuff - the chewing action is important.)

Since you'll be eating soft foods for so long, you may want to look in to getting an immersion blender. You can use it to make smoothies out of yogurt and fruit, or put it in hot foods to make thick creamy soups.

I just had a gingival graft and was on a soft food diet as well.

Scrambled eggs, yogurt, soup, jello, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatos, applesauce, pastas and sauce. I bought whole wheat macaroni and cheese which worked. I hope this helps.

Soups, cottage cheese, applesauce, yogurt, scrambled eggs/egg whites, smoothies.

That's all I can think of for now but I'm sure there's a bunch I'm forgetting!

I have had a few teeth removed and more to go. I can only eat soft foods and I am concerned that I will not be able to keep a balanced diet. I will not be able to eat regular foods until about Sept or Oct when my partials are ready . I am tired of oatmeal, jello , pudding . I am open to all suggestions. Thank you
