One of my favorite afternoon snacks is a chocolate 'oatmeal mug'. I put 1/3 c instant oats, 1/2T cocoa powder, 1 c water, & some splenda.... cook in microwave for 1:30 min...for about 110 calories its a great & filling snack for my sweet tooth! :)

I am always hungry around 3 or 4 in the afternoon and usually it is for something sweet. I also seem to run out of energy around that time. I have fruit for a mid morning snack but in the afternoon I want something with carbs. I crave things like graham crackers, cookies or cereal. Does anyone have any suggestions that will satisfy my craving but not ruin my calorie intake?
