Hello! Im Nikki. I had a baby 9 months ago and ive gotten bigger instead of smaller. I am 5'0'' and 168 lb trying to get down to 130 by June before my baby turns 1. Its been difficult motivating myself and the first 2 days I wasnt doing my best but its getting easier adjusting to new eating habits and work out routines which i cant seem to get myself motivated. Any good tip?
