if you were to share a few sample days you might get better suggestions as to what you might like that is different from what you are already doing.

if you like greek yogurt, have some with your granola to boost your protein.

CHAR Congrats on that awesome weight loss! I should be so lucky. And I can certainly relate to the boring food problem. I make a habit of trying a new recipe every week or two.

I recently bought pumpkin seed protein powder and made a smoothie for breakfast today. It was good and filled me until lunch. I am not a smoothie fan, but need to get the morning protein also.

Here is my friend Margaret's Granola Recipe. I haven't checked the calories or nutritional info but you can run it through the recipe calculator. Remember granola's a by nature high calorie.

Honey Granola Bars
1-1/4 C. oats
1/4 C. whole wheat flour
1/4 C. toasted wheat germ (I used ground flax seeds)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4C plus 2 Tablespoons honey
1/3 C. raisins or chopped dried apricots
combine first four ingredients and mix well.  Add honey, stir til moist & crumbly.  Add fruit.
Spread in 8" square oiled pan,  bake 300F 18 to 20 min.
I found these needed a couple pinches salt.  I also added pumpkin seeds and 2 big tablespoons peanut butter.

Also SP has some great recipes. One of our favorites is the Spinach Lasagna Rollups. I use the first one listed.

Good luck to you.

Here is my baked granola I make. I add 1/4 cup (1/2 a serving ) to my greek yogurt with 1 tsp chia seeds and 1 tsp honey. I have this for lunch a few times a week.

I make these beef enchiladas all the time. I don't get 10 out of it, I think I usually do more like 4-5.

I have been with the Spark club since February and I have lost 22 pounds. I am very happy with that, but I have gotten in such a rut with my eating. I am bored with my food. Does anyone have a recipe for low calorie trail mix and granola made without maple syrup? I have been told by a nutrionist to eat a high protein breakfast within 30 minutes of getting out of bed. I would love to do it, but I am having a hard time eating much right after waking up.HELP
I am stuck at the same weight for a month. I am not eating too much and I have started walking 40 minutes every day. I love spicy foods.....Mexican, Italian. Any recipes will be greatly appreciated. I need some that I can make in bulk and freeze. Everyone have a great day.
