I'm getting better, but I still let other "stuff" be more important than exercise. One of the articles I've read suggested that you think of your exercise time the same as you would think of a meeting with a friend and "don't cancel on yourself".

Just remember all the benefits of any activity are cumulative, so if you only have a few minutes here and there to workout or get in a nice walk, it all adds up!

You make time for it the way you make everything ELSE fit... by making it a priority, something you just have to do, like going to work, making dinner, and all that. If it's a priority, you'll make it happen.
Also make the best of your time. Most of us don't need to spend an hour or two in the gym on a treadmill... even 30 minutes is plenty of time for a fine workout. Heck, even 10 minutes per day is beneficial!

Indeed, but I don't think anyone ever worked out and said, "Man, I wish I hadn't worked out."
Now I've had plenty of times where I felt like crap because I didn't work out.
The hardest part of working out is getting your butt up and doing it!!

finding time to work out in between all the other "stuff" is hard.
