....i work out, i watch what i eat, it's not like i'm eating bags of chips, multiples of cookies....i eat very healthy!!! i haven't been tracking lately b/c i've been busy, but i've been keeping mental tracks, and it's still within my calorie ranges. i work out and burn at least 2,000 calories per week.....but yet i still keep growing out of my pants.....i have a muffin top, thick thighs.....i'm just confused. i don't feel like i can do much more, eat much less to have the results i'm looking for. anyone else stuck in a rut and have some solutions on how to get out? is this just my body changing?
