just take one step at a time. keep your chin up and your eyes forward. i have had to avoid mirrors because i was so displeased with myself but not displeased enough to are changing for the better and you will reach your goals. don't focus on what you see now but what you are headed toward. the past is behind you and each new day brings with it a clean slate. yesterday does not define who you are today and you can make it through!

I did take out my fitness videos and today put them near the tv. my goal is to pop one in tomorrow and at least begin the video.

i also plan on going for a walk at lunchtime since it's going to be nice out.

hey there i understand how you feel i am just starting out on working out i bought a DVD to watch and im on my 2nd day its tourture :( but i am determined to lose my weight if u need help im here to try to help u i know u can do it emoticon

I've been stuck under a black cloud for some time now and am finally trying to find a new avenue to help me out.

I don't have a support system and read about a woman that lost weight using Spark People and figured I'd give it a try.

I have been gaining weight and getting on and off the fitness wagon for a few years. I LUV to work out but have not stuck to a routine. I know once I get started, I will get better but I can't seem to get started.

I need help!
