Good for you for restarting -- I find that logging into SP each day and looking at message boards etc helps keep me focused on making healthy choices. Just thought of an idea that may work for you -- take your measurements today and log them in SP. Don't weigh yourself or measure yourself until February 1 -- just focus on making healthy choices, tracking every bite of food and exercising -- I bet you will be amazed at the results and in the meantime, you can focus on how making healthy choices makes you FEEL instead of obsessing about the number on the scale.
