I agree If you really hate exercise that much, set your goal small so you're not going too hard against yourself. Focus more on eating healthy and reaching the goal you set, eventually you will want to build on it. I myself am not that big of a fan of exercise, so I try to exercise at least 30-45 minutes three times a week. Not a lot, but I can be successful, and if I have the energy/desire to work out another day or go longer like when I throw in a Zumba class then it's great. But start where you can, and always set yourself up for success so you don't get discouraged and give up. You can do it :)
Never do anything you hate. You won't stick with it.
Set your exercise goal up for 0 calories burned per week. It's absolutely possible to start on your journey without working out!
But see if you can start with something like a daily 10 minute walk after dinner or first thing in the morning. Once you get into a habit, you tend to want to expand it, and you can build your exercise up as it becomes less revolting to do so.

Find something you like that you can stick with! I thought I hated exercise too until I actually started exercising. Now I love running, something I never ever EVER thought I would enjoy. But anyway, try some of SP's fitness videos in the video section (Healthy Lifestyle drop-down menu) and see if there is anything you like.

Find your passion and you will find a way to fit exercise into your life. Remember 3 10 minute sessions can be just as beneficial to your weight-loss journey as one longer session. So if you are challenged by finding time in the beginning breaking your workouts into shorter sessions may be an option.
