Keep at it. It's better to stay the same weight or gain a few than throw in the whole towel. I was a 2 extra large in 1997 and never looked back. I have my ups in downs and have times to me that I find acceptable to gain a few pounds such as vacations and Christmas, to others it's no way. But after a while I relaxed about it.

Hi there, I'm new and hoped to meet fellow dukan dieters! I just started the cruise phase today, was on the attack phase for 6 days and lost 8 pounds. I've about 30 more pounds to loose . love to hear from anyone else dieting/experiences etc.
