I log it as circuit training. I have read that crossfit wods burn about 12 calories a minute but that seems to be a lot if it is not a cardio wod.

I enter in the individual strength exercises so that I can keep track of weights and reps. Additionally, I add in things like rowing and jumping rope. The best way is to get a heart rate monitor, but I am too cheap.
If you have a heart rate monitor, I would suggest using the calories burned information from that. If not, then perhaps using the circuit training or general strength training options would work for you.

You will have to add it to the tracker, add the minutes you did, and put in the calories you burned. You will have to figure out the calories yourself

I am new to Sparkpeople. Does anyone crossfit? I'm not sure how to calculate. Thanks.
